Black Pear simplifies the interface by providing a direct connection between the HVAC and building management systems.

Modules are available to connect from the raw 2-wire HVAC system bus and supply the information in the form best suited to the incorporated BMS.
The units can operate with or without a central controller and in both cases support grouping.
The resultant ‘one box’ solution opens BMS to even the smallest of installations.
In addition to the ground breaking 2-wire HVAC interface solution, Black Pear units are available for the manufacturers’ standard gateways with support for many BMS protocols.
Black Pear V1 is available in non display format only. Black Pear 2 incorporates a full colour touch screen giving you ultimate control.
